Guest Ready Home

Vacay Stay performs a Pre-Arrival Inspection of the home the day before the guest checks in to ensure that the home is guest ready so that they enjoy their stay. This includes turning on all appliances and electronics to ensure everything works, checking all light bulbs, adjusting the thermostat and pool heater to the appropriate temperatures and making sure the home is clean and ready for the guest to walk through the door.

Vacay Stay also performs a Post-Departure Inspection after the guest checks out to check the condition of the home and assure all amenities are in good working order. If there is any damage by the guests, we report it to the Maintenance Team to be handled immediately. This inspection also includes turning on all of the appliances and electronics to ensure that everything works, checking all light bulbs, adjusting the thermostat and pool heater to the appropriate temperatures. Lastly, before we leave we ensure everything is turned off.

Guest Help

Our Guest Support Team is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for all in-house guests. If the home is guest ready as it should be there shouldn’t be any issues, however, sometimes the guest just needs to know someone is there to help … and that’s where we come in. This team includes:

Reservationists

If the guest would like to extend their stay, book another reservation or simply need recommendations for a restaurant or directions to a landmark nearby someone is available to help twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Guest Services

If the guest needs instructions on how to operate an amenity, appliance or a remote control someone is available as each home is different. If the guest needs help setting up a game or locating some extra game equipment someone is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Maintenance Team

If the guest experiences a maintenance issue, such as a broken chair, burnt out light bulb or even help in person for any reason ... we are here help twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
