In pursuant to the "Stay at Home" order (Executive Order N-33-20 issued by the California State Governor), the Order of the Health Officer for the County of Riverside related to Short Term Lodging Facilities dated March 27th, 2020 as well as the City's authority, all Short-Term Rental permits and associated business licenses are hereby suspended until the previously mentioned orders have been lifted and deemed safe by the City.

The following short-term rentals are exempt from the preceding order:
  1. Lodging to protect homeless persons;
  2. Lodging for essentials workers;
  3. Lodging for anyone who must leave their home to safely isolate themselves away from other family members;
  4. Lodging for anyone who has family members displaced due to someone self-isolating at home
“SPECTACULAR!” When people come to the 2.1-acre Santa Rosa Ranch, that is the most common word used to describe the landscaping, huge free form pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and patio area. The outdoor kitchen area can accommodate large groups or small. The bar area seats 14 people and features a 75” big screen TV to enjoy your favorite sporting event or movie. The outdoor kitchen includes a huge 46” gas bbq grill, oven and range, refrigerator, ice bin, dishwasher, sink, and a two tap kegerator for your favorite microbrews.

Highlights of the private, "community sized" free form pool are the beach entry, two tanning shelves, in-pool bar tables, bubble fountains and four beautiful sheer descents. The night time pool lighting can be changed to enhance a party atmosphere or create a quiet, peaceful setting to promote relaxation after a long day golfing on the valley courses. The spa can seat between 16-20 people and sits above the pool for a great view of activities below and the Santa Rosa mountains to the west. The spa and pool are connected by a small waterfall. The pool is surrounded by 4000 square feet of patio complete with shade structures and patio furniture. A 7-foot gas fire pit sits near the hot tub and can seat between 16-20 people. The incredible landscaping, designed by one of the Valley’s top landscapers, completes this amazing outdoor living area.

The entire property is fenced and gated. A large gravel parking lot can handle about 50 vehicles. Beyond the pool and patio area, we have almost an acre of grass to enjoy a game of football, frisbee, soccer, or other lawn based activities. A tall hedge provides a privacy barrier around the perimeter of the property. Your privacy is completed by the fact that there is no other development adjacent to the property in any direction. An undeveloped lot sits to the east, a farm is to the south and a date palm orchard is to the north. Most of the outside edge of the property is hedged by oleander, and the pool and grass area is hedged by ficus for additional privacy.

Our home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 14 beds which can accommodate up to 20 people. The back patio area behind the house includes a bbq grill, putting green, outdoor seating, and gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

A large concrete parking area provides a great spot for RV parking, and we have several 30 amp plug-ins and access to water for your RV. There are a couple easy access sewer dumps if needed.

Our property is perfect for many different desert based events. If you are having a family reunion then bring the RV’s and tents. The kids won’t want to leave. If you are coming to the desert with a large group for golf, biking, or hiking, then Santa Rosa Ranch is the place for you. We have hosted several bachelor and bachelorette parties. We have also hosted church retreat groups, baseball teams, and the property is perfect for corporate day events or extended stay corporate events. If your group is coming to watch the BNP Paribas tennis tournament, we are about 15 minutes from the venue. And when you are ready to book a place for your group to attend the Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals, we are located caddy corner from the Festival Grounds, within easy walking distance.

Location: In one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49; minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants and shopping in La Quinta, just around down the street from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 30 minutes away. Interstate 10 is also extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
